About Kathleen…
Kathleen Alberts’ childhood was spent reading and attending her local library programs, an activity that has led to a career in Library Science. She received her Library Technical Assistant certificate from College of Dupage in 2005.
Her first book “Love in a Time of Monsters” was a semi-finalist in the “Soon to be Famous Illinois Author Manuscript Project.”
When she isn’t writing, she can be found crafting, smiting evil-doers in online MMORPGs or attending heavy metal concerts. She resides in the South suburbs of Chicago with her husband, void-cat, and geriatric puppy.
